Rent our Space!

We would love to welcome your group to our space, whether it be for production, stunt rehearsal, or whatever use you’d like! Our 20,000+ sq ft facility is conveniently located in Burbank, the Media Capital of the World. We are directly off of the 5 Freeway near the Empire Center.

• Full Gymnastics Floor, Balance Beam Area, Uneven Bars Section, and Full Tumble Track, as well as many mats, and preschool areas

• Two gym areas with different office spaces so facility can look like multiple locations

• Large Bays for easy loadout

• private 20 car parking lot

• Multiple Single Person bathrooms

• Air Conditioning in the offices

• Actor Prep/Makeup room

• On a small street with minimal traffic

• Easy to find; only two blocks from the I-5 Freeway

All participants, including actors and crew, are required to sign a waiver to be in the facility.

Proof of Production Insurance is required.
