Summer Camp Enrollment & Payment Policy
To reserve your child’s spot in our Summer Camp program, a deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures a limited space in camp.
However, we understand that plans can change. If your child is unable to attend, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward other programs we offer.
The remaining camp balance is due prior to the start of your scheduled camp week(s). Once payment has been made, camp tuition is non-refundable. Similar to the deposit, any paid balance may be applied as a credit toward other classes, camps, or programs within our facility.
Payments made by Credit Card have a processing fee of 2.79%, and for bank accounts there is no fee.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us plan staffing, maintain quality programming, and ensure the best experience for all participants.
